The Scam

The third Korean film for me to watch is entitled, The Scam. I know it's not on my list but the synopsis of the movie sounded pretty interesting. It was a pretty decent film. On a scale from 1-5 I'd give it a 3.5. The only thing keeping it from a 4 would be the use of a lot of financial jargon in the movie that made it somewhat difficult for me to follow. All in all it was a great crime/thriller movie.

"Hyeon-su (Park Yong-ha), an unemployed, self-taught individual investor, hits the jackpot ― though at the cost of disrupting a scam by gangster-turned-financier Hwang (Park Heui-soon). Hwang, however, recognizes Hyeon-su's talent and recruits him for his team of scam artists. They prepare for a 60 billion won heist, but a bigger scam is in the making within the group."

"It was shot at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium in Japan.
The main tank called the 'Kuroshio Sea' holds 7,500-cubic meters (1,981,290 gallons) of water and features the world's second largest acrylic glass panel, measuring 8.2 meters by 22.5 meters with a thickness of 60 centimeters. Whale sharks and manta rays are kept amongst many other fish species in the main tank.

Girls Are Like M&M's

I was recently at a friend's house who happens to be an Asian women. She mentioned that she gets mad when she sees an Asian man with a white women. She was possibly joking because there was alcohol involved. Nonetheless her comment is what made me think about this video.

The video above is an old video from youtube sensation kevjumba. It was taken down because it contained copyrighted music. He recently re uploaded the video with different music. Funny video with a great message. Check it out!

I would also like to add that she is a very dear friend of mine and I would never judge her and she is definitely entitled to her own opinion.

The briefing was to show an evolution of computer games.
The documentary itself is about different people, based here in germany, showing their everyday life, and their addiction to the same specific, famous MMORPG (massive multiplayer online role playing game):"Wo.."
Every game character in this prologue was reinterpreted, redrawn (...one pixel at a time), and animated frame by frame."

Black Wii

Look at that..Nintendo has released a black Nintendo Wii. Now I can have a Black Wii to go with my Black XBOX 360 and Black PlayStation 3. So all three can sit there and still not be played by my black ass! I love the idea of playing video games. I just never get around to actually playing them.

Today:

I don't have many days like this, but today, life kicked my ass! My car is still not working and my mechanic doesn't know why. I failed both of my Med Surge quizzes today. Some of my class mates are getting on my FUCKING serves! I have a Nutrition test tomorrow with 93 definitions that I have to write out and turn in with the test! I feel so mentally drained after today. Yes, the day has official kicked my ass but tomorrow shall be MINE!

Maxwell

I attended the Maxwell concert here in Nashville at the Ryman Auditorium last night! Maxwell puts on a hell of a show! He sang all of his hits but what was most surprising to me was the fact that he is not just a singer but an entertainer. THAT BOY CAN DANCE! I have never been to one of his show before so this was an entirley new experience for me. I had a great time and great company with a couple of friends who went with me.

Oh and I think Maxwell is well....let's just say he picked up a pair of panties that were thrown on stage. Pick them up...Sniffed them...then stuck them in he pocket. Ha!

Here's to Maxwell for putting on a hell of a show!

Weekend: The end of the week, especially the period from Friday evening through Sunday evening

Whoa! I haven't posted anything since Thursday! It's been a busy yet fun weekend. I am going to finish the weekend off with the Maxwell concert tonight!
