It's Friday and I'm staying home! Well that's the plan......

I just realized that my last post was made in September '09. September was right around the time things started getting really busy in nursing school. I felt like I was studying all the time. Well, I'm in the home stretch now with only four months to go of LPN school. Let's do the damn thing!

He's just not that into you.....

So, today while waiting for class to start some how we got on the topic of the movie, He's Just Not That Into You. Needless to say I'm a nursing student so 75% of the people in my class are women and all the ones who have seen the movie enjoyed it a great deal.

I thought to myself and then actually said this out loud "If that's how women really think then I'm screwed." I may be destined to be single the rest of my life.

I still am a HUGE fan of Matt and Kim. I wish they would come back to Nashville.

HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!

I know I'm a little late on this but better late than never. I had a great new years eve with even better friends. 2009 was an interesting year for me filled with a tremendous amount of soul searching. I feel like 2009 was very similar to the soul searching that took place in 2004 for me. 2009 was not necessarily a great year for me. I lost my job and had to move back in with my parents though when I lost my job I believe it was a blessing in disguise. The lose of my job pushed me to go back to school and ultimately make a career plan for myself that had been long over due. 2010 is going to be another year of me hustling and grinding. I look forward to graduating from LPN school this coming April. Hopefully I will be accepted into RN school at MTSU in the fall. Everything is going as planned. All I need is continued health and it would be nice to have someone special in my life but it can wait until I'm finished with school.
